Our clinic does not accept the following case types or categories of patients:
Personal injury (PI) cases
Motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases
Workers’ compensation cases
Medicare-eligible individuals (including those 65+ years old or otherwise eligible for Medicare)
It is the patient’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information before arriving. If any of the above apply and are disclosed only at the time of the appointment, the visit will be cancelled, and the appointment deposit will be non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with practice guidelines and maintain a smooth experience for all patients.

Dr. Kirby, raised in a family of healthcare professionals, always harbored a passion for helping others. This commitment led him to pursue a Kinesiology degree from San José State University, specializing in rehabilitative science. However, as he prepared to enroll in Physical Therapy school, the pandemic struck, temporarily diverting his career path. During this period, Dr. Kirby’s interest in Chiropractic grew, prompting him to explore alternative avenues to realize his dream. Eventually, he found his way to Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA. In 2023, Dr. Kirby successfully graduated from Palmer West, receiving a nomination for the 166th Graduating Class’ Clinical Excellence Award and ultimately earning the esteemed Fellowship Award. This prestigious accolade recognizes an individual who has demonstrated unwavering commitment, dedication, and selflessness throughout their time at Palmer West, serving as a leader and a positive influence within their cohort.
In his free time, Dr. Kirby enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Mila and Ziggy, as well as exploring and camping in various National and State Parks. He stays active by hiking, lifting weights or participating in hot yoga, and during the winter you can find him snowboarding in Tahoe.
